SOREL revealed their latest location for their seasonal series of pop ups, creating a unique point of sale in Milan’s luxury department store, La Rinascente to showcase their extensive range of premium winter boots.
ALU worked closely with SOREL to create a display that captured the brands heritage and craftsmanship, while enhancing their ‘fashion meets utility’ personality.
From November, until the end of December 2016, SOREL will be making a festive appearance throughout Europe’s finer department stores, from BVH in Paris and La Rinascente in Milan to EnCourt Ingles in Madrid. As part of the brands, "Fashion meets utility” campaign, they have opened numerous temporary pop ups, installed and developed with the help of ALU.
Using a combination of steel and reclaimed wood to create a bespoke point of sale in the heart of the each store, ALU has captured the craftsmanship and heritage of the SOREL brand, elegantly showcasing a selection of lifestyle boots and après ski.

ALU worked with STORY to bring to life their design vision as well as provide fixtures that compliment and merchandise the holiday space. STORY will offer a one-stop-shop through designated rooms that correspond to different gift recipients. Spaces include a living room for her, an office for him, a playroom for the kids and a kitchen with something for everyone.
Coin is the largest department store franchise located throughout major cities in Italy, with over 40 stores located in City Centre’s or popular shopping streets. Retailers, Amedeo D Milano has a specific "shop in shop" format within Coin, taking over 250/350sqm of their inside space.
The urbanist brand, Amedeo D. Milano, continues to keep ahead of the market, not only through their specially curated selection of high fashion, premium brands but also through their fresh, futuristic retail design, with the aid of ALU.
Amedeo D. Milano prides itself on being today’s trendy hot spot for young millennials to come together, enhancing their brand ethos, ‘to create a meeting place for friends and new people and experience living fashion’. With their open plan and relaxed "shop in shop" layout, ALU’s standard display systems enhances the brand vision.
ALU collaborated with the premium, casual lifestyle brand Marc O’Polo to update and relaunch their flagship store in Munich, Germany.
The space exudes the layout of a warm and enchanting souk suited for the seasonal shopper. The brand's ethos, “The Freedom to be Yourself” is celebrated upon the primary wall using bright contemporary LED lighting, increasing the feel good message behind the merchandise.
