Description:

The ideal candidate must have a positive mindset with a “can do” and proactive attitude. Capacity to establish good working relationships with colleagues, Technical team members and clients is key. Capability to work under stress while maintaining focus is also well regarded.
Ability to work independently with limited guidance is a plus. Ability to meet pre-set goals in terms of time, quality and cost.
The PM represents the unique point of contact of the project. Stakeholders involved in it have to refer to him/her for any need.
He/She will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members.

Responsibilities:

• Set project timeline;
• Elaborate, monitoring and respect the budget;
• Assist the sales direction to prepare the economical offer to the client;
• Monitor project deliverables;
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress;
• Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them;
• Participating in partnership with the account executive to meeting with the client;
• Elaborate a project gantt to track the status of the project;
• Coordinate the internal and external production.

Qualifications:

• Technical background (bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar);
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management;
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills;
• Previous experience in Project Management;
• Coming from the retail sector is a plus.


The role will be based at ALU’s offices in New Jersey.
